We have solidified the calendar for the next several months as well as penciled in the following six months. Just a few dates for you to put on your calendar:
Nov 17: We will be having our troop meeting at Forest Ridge Elementary School at 6 pm where we will be working with the Bear den from Pack 12 to build birdhouses. If you can bring a hammer please do so.
Dec 5: We will be doing Scouting For Food on this day. We don't have the details worked out yet but keep your eyes and ears open for more information
Dec 6: Adult Christmas Party 4 pm location to be determined
Dec 11-12: Evergreen Aviation Museum We will be camping out Friday night, enjoying a private tour of the museum Friday, and then working on the Aviation Merit Badge on Saturday Cost $25 approx. We should be back early enough for those who need to be in the Salem Festival of Lights Parade.
Dec 19: 6-10 pm We will be working at the food donation booth for the Christmas Lights in the Gubser neighborhood on this date We will have two shifts, 6-8 and 8-10. We are in need of five adults and as many boys as we can get This counts for service hours for the boys needing that requirement.
Dec 29: Troop meeting We don't normally meet during Christmas break but we will be having a short meeting to work out details of Christmas Tree recycling-This meeting is for boys and adults.
Jan 2-3: Christmas Tree recycling
